Shelf Life

Unless otherwise stated, our cakes and cupcakes should be stored in the refrigerator and have the following shelf-life from day of purchase:

Whole Cakes: 3 days (refrigerated)

Pre-Sliced Cakes: 1 day (refrigerated)

Cupcakes: 3 days (room temperature)

Loaf Cakes: 3 days (room temperature)

Cookies: 7 days (room temperature)


Dietary & Allergen Information

All our products are prepared and baked in our dedicated kitchen facilities which handle Celery, Gluten (Wheat), Eggs, Dairy, Nuts & Seeds, Peanuts, Soya and Sulphur Dioxide.


Cutting and Serving Guide

1. Remove any candles, decorations, sugar decorations, plaques and cake dowels before cutting your cake. 

2. Party cakes are best sliced with a large sharp plain edged knife. 

3. Cold buttercream or ganache can stick to the knife and make the cake crumble when slicing. To ensure neat, straight slices, clean the knife before each slice by dipping it into hot water. 

4. To lift the cake slice, make use of a cake lifter or palette knife with the cake knife supporting the opposite side.
